The City of Bell
In the City of Bell, some mobile home parks are owned by the City. (Usually, they are owned by private landlords.) Politicians and people in government want to sell off the parks for their personal benefit:

The corrupt Bell City Council spent nearly $12,000 in public funds to finance a smear campaign against the activists, and to coverup their own mismanagement of the mobile home parks.
